Basic configuration
Feeder: Reliable high-speed feeding with precise sheet overlap, a sensor to prevent film sticking, and adjustable blowers for smooth sheet separation.
Laminating Unit: Features a pneumatic pressure system, adjustable settings for different substrates, energy-saving zone heating, and a durable roller.
Separator & Delivery: Includes rotary knives, a perforator, a pneumatic roller, an automatic skew wheel for various jobs, and adjustable snapping roller speed.
SW functions included
- Stop on the sheet overlap to avoid waste sheets.
- Zero overlap possibility for processing thick substrates.
- Automatic pressure and temperature detection to prevent irregularity in lamination quality.
