Basic configuration
Feeder:
- 2-way high pile pallet feeder with a Komfi double action feeding head.
- Features include a sheet registration system, laser-guided pallet driving, and adjustable blowers for reliable sheet handling.
Laminating Unit:
- High-polished chrome laminating rolls with advanced heating and temperature control.
- Belt-driven rolls for high-quality finishes, pneumatic pressure control, and adjustable film handling.
Sheet De-curling Unit:
- Pneumatic pull roll with adjustable force and a dual roll/bar de-curling system for accurate sheet alignment.
Separator & Delivery:
- Rotary knives and perforator for high-speed separation.
- Pneumatic separation roller with adjustable speed, automatic skew wheel, and sheet separation detector.
- Automatic stacker with adjustable height and air nozzles for clean sheet delivery
SW functions included
- Sheet Handling: Stop feature prevents waste, zero overlap for thick substrates.
- Protection: Automatic air pressure and temperature checks, sensor for sheet separation and jam detection.
- Ease of Use: End of job function for easy film rewind, automated start sequence, and auto parking of feeder head.
- Customization: Windows lamination mode, two speedometer modes (meters/minute and sheets/hour), and choice of measurement units.
- Additional Features: Automatic pressure roll disengagement, second gate mode to prevent scratches, instructions and troubleshooting on display, auto separation sync, job parameters pre-sets, and built-in internet connectivity for service support.
